First time?

Trying something new can feel a little awkward—we get it. Maybe you’re curious about Lake Ridge but you haven’t been in a church setting for a while. Don’t worry, you’re welcome. Perhaps you’re thinking of joining us and Jesus is new to you. We’d love to meet you. Or maybe you’ve got a deepening faith and you want to find Christian community here in Chestermere. You’ll fit right in.

No matter where you’re coming from or what your story looks like, there’s room for you at Lake Ridge. A great way to start is simply by joining us on a Sunday morning. Everyone here has had a “first time,” so we all remember what it feels like to be new.

Our in-person Sunday service is around 75 minutes or so. We start at 10:30 a.m. with music, prayer and scripture, then pause for a coffee break while kids head off to Kids Church. With a warm drink in hand—and maybe a snack—we settle in to reflect on the message together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the dress code is casual, and the focus is connection. Sunday isn’t a performance—it’s a space for real people to meet with Jesus and walk together through the ordinary stuff of life.
